BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING
Software Engineering
Concordia University
Completed 2022Creating thoughtful technology that connects people, ideas, and engineering to solve real-world problems.
Building technology isn't just about writing code or designing systems.
It's about understanding people, solving meaningful problems, and creating tools that make life a little simpler.
Whether I'm developing software, engineering automated systems, repairing electronics, or designing websites, every project begins with the same question:
How can I make the world better?
The best technology doesn't demand attention. It quietly improves lives.
Great engineering begins with curiosity, but it is strengthened through education, discipline, and a lifelong commitment to learning.

TéléchargerEngineering has never been just a profession to me, it has been the way I naturally interact with the world.
If something breaks, I want to know why. If something works exceptionally well, I'm curious how it was designed. And if I think it can be improved... I usually can't resist trying.
"Curiosity has always been my most powerful tool"
As a kid, taking things apart was rarely optional—it was almost inevitable. Fortunately, I also became reasonably good at repairing things. Over time that curiosity evolved from building and repairing electronics into designing entirely new systems.
After working with industrial automation, I realized I wanted to deepen my understanding of not only how machines worked, but why they worked the way they did. That decision eventually led me back to university, where I earned a Bachelor of Engineering while continuing to work professionally.
Combining hands-on technical experience with formal engineering education gave me a perspective that bridges theory and practical implementation. Throughout my career I have worked in startups, manufacturing, financial services, consulting, enterprise environments and independently. Every industry solved different problems, but each reinforced the same lesson:
"Good engineering begins by understanding people and their needs"
Outside of work, I'm rarely far from another project. Sometimes thats building live-edge furniture, fixing an old car, experimenting with photography, or seeing if another bonsai tree can survive one of my "engineering improvements."
I also enjoy cycling, fitness, music & guitar, exploring remote places, either with my kayak or a hiking bag, and generally finding excuses to build, repair or learn something new.
I don't believe engineering is simply about writing code or designing hardware in isolation.
It's about working with people, solving meaningful problems, and creating solutions that genuinely improve someone's life.
Whether you're looking for a software engineer, consultant, web developer, or engineering collaborator, I'd be happy to discuss your project or opportunity.
